The lounge has a television, DVD player, open fireplace and patio doors that lead outside to a terrace and the swimming pool. There is a separate sitting room with television, DVD player and patio doors that give direct access outside to the swimming pool and terrace.

The villa has a fitted kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast bar and a central island. There is a separate utility/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is one twin bedroom that has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
